1. Holding hands activity

The main purpose of this activity is improve the perception of group work. By carrying out this dynamic, employees will realize that they can be more strategic and productive when they work in a more aligned manner and combine their skills with those of their colleagues. 

First, gather the team in a room and instruct everyone to hold hands. Tell participants that they must memorize who is on both sides, that is, their right and left. 

The next step is to ask employees to relax: walk around the space, talk and distract themselves. 

As you can see, it is important that the space is an appropriate size to carry out the dynamic, it is worth doing it in an external environment, if there is no appropriate room. 

Then, place a large piece of paper on the floor of the room, it can be a piece of cardboard or any larger piece of paper you can find.

Ask participants to stand on or around the paper. Once they are in position, ask them to return to their original position. 

The original formation should be done inside or around the chosen role. The more people there are in the dynamic, the harder it will be to memorize, so they need to trust each other and tell each other who was on their side. 

2. Two truths and a lie

This action is very simple and easy to do, but it will bring many benefits to the team. It is very common on social media, too. 

Gather the participants in a pleasant environment and ask each of them to write two truths and one lie about themselves on a piece of paper. 

Then, ask a member to start reading their two true sentences and one false sentence. Meanwhile, the group has to figure out which one is false. 

The dynamic should continue until everyone has read their sentences. Its purpose is to break the ice between the team, get members to interact and allow them to get to know each other better. 

Certainly, it is one of the activities to improve teamwork simpler and more enjoyable to do!

3. Activities to improve teamwork: balloon dynamics

This activity is essential to encourage healthy competitiveness and group work. 

The first step is to divide the group into two teams. They are classified by color, for example: yellow and red teams. 

Each member will be given two balloons and a string to tie them around their waist. Once all participants have tied their balloons around their waist, the game begins!

They must duel each other, that is, each participant must try to burst the opponent's balloons, but at the same time, defend their balloons. 

Of course, the team that pops all the opposing team's balloons first wins the game, but in the end, everyone wins through interaction and learning. 

4. Activities to improve teamwork: observation dynamics

The purpose of this activity is to develop observation skills in everyday life, especially in the work environment. 

Gather employees in a room and ask them to stand in a circle. Then, ask them all to close their eyes. 

Now, the person responsible for the dynamics needs to start asking questions about the members and also details of the company. 

For example: Who is wearing red glasses? What color is the coffee maker in the kitchen? What flowers are on the reception table? Who has their hair tied up?

Participants who know the answer must raise their hands. Each correct answer is worth one point and the participant with the most points at the end of the game wins the prize.
