How to Register

Online Pre-Registration: Access the link provided by Shopee and fill out the pre-registration form.

Analysis and Contact: The Shopee team will analyze your data and, if everything is correct, will contact you with the information so you can start taking your first routes.

Requirements to Become a Shopee Delivery Person:

  • Have a CNPJ of Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI) and be able to issue tax documents.
  • Possess a definitive, valid driver's license with EAR (Performs Remunerated Activity).
  • Android cell phone with internet connection.
  • Vehicle up to 15 years old, in good condition, licensed and can be a passenger car, SUV or utility vehicle.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as vests and boots at collection points.
  • Receipt and Payment:

Earnings will be transferred weekly to the registered bank account, after sending the service invoice.


The values per route will be informed weekly by email.


You can check your earnings in the Driver app, under the “Billing” tab.
Important Notes:

The program is initially active in São Paulo Capital, with plans for expansion.
There is no registration fee.

In case of problems with any package, the amount will be deducted from the total amount to be received.
After approval, you will receive a link to download the driver app, which is not available in conventional app stores.
